All 650,000 players of online game Second Life have been asked to create new passwords, following a serious security breach.
Second Life publisher Linden Lab told players this weekend that the game's list of users and passwords had been compromised, although it's thought that credit card details were not touched.
The letter stated, "While we realize this is an inconvenience for residents, we believe it's the safest course of action. Due to the nature of the attack, the company cannot determine which individual data were exposed."
